Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Manager. The Manager will oversee daily salon operations, lead and motivate the team of stylists and beauty experts, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Manager will also handle client consultations, manage bookings, and ensure that all services are delivered to TONI&GUY's exceptional standards. Qualifications Leadership and team management experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Knowledge of salon management software and scheduling tools Understanding of hairdressing and beauty industry trends Ability to manage inventory and order supplies efficiently Proven experience in maintaining health and safety standards Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus
