Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Firewall/Network Security professional to support our leading client in managing and maintaining their network security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with next-generation firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems, along with strong troubleshooting and implementation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1/L2 support for network security operations, including administration and break/fix issues on next-generation firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint).
Participate in the implementation, configuration, and fine-tuning of IDS/IPS and firewall policies.
Support ongoing Security Run activities and ensure smooth functioning of security infrastructure.
Collaborate with network and security architects for implementation and optimization of firewall solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve network security issues promptly.
Maintain documentation of security configurations, incidents, and changes.

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, and/or Checkpoint firewalls.
Knowledge of IDS/IPS systems and fine-tuning of security policies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in network security environments.
Experience in firewall administration, troubleshooting, and break/fix scenarios.
