Position Summary The Engineer-QC is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in the development and prototype of electric Motors (EV) systems and sustainable motor technologies. The Engineer-QC collaborates with cross-functional teams, and Suppliers to resolve quality issues, optimize supply chain processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position is critical in ensuring product quality compliances. Job Responsibilities: Inspect incoming, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications. Inspection at Supplier Site (In-process & Final) Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Use measurement tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM (if applicable) to measure dimensions. Record and document inspection results; prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records. Inward Materials by using ERP Tool. Identify non-conformities and report them to the relevant departments for corrective action. Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems & Knowledge on Supplier Audit. Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and equipment.
