Key Responsibilities As an Admission Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for parents. Your role is to: Connect with parents via inbound and outbound calls to explain Tolanguage programs. Build trust and clearly communicate the value of our courses. Close the sales by converting leads into confirmed admissions. Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets. Schedule and manage demo classes between parents and teachers. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools. Ensure every parent interaction is professional, empathetic, and persuasive. Requirements Strong communication and convincing skills in English (Tamil/Hindi is a plus). Prior experience in sales, counseling, or telecalling (education preferred). Proven ability to work with targets and close admissions. Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working from home. Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Zoom/Google Meet and CRM usage.
Key Responsibilities Teach English (Phonics, Grammar, Communication, and Reading Skills) to children aged 4 -12 years. Conduct engaging and interactive online classes (small groups). Follow structured lesson plans and training guidelines provided by Tolanguage. Create a supportive, child-friendly learning environment. Ensure punctuality and consistency in class timings. Collaborate with the academic team for feedback and improvements. Requirements Excellent spoken and written English and Fluency in Tamil is must Prior teaching/tutoring experience (online/offline) preferred. Passion for teaching and patience in handling children. Comfortable using Zoom/Google Meet and online tools. Exclusive role cannot work part-time or with any other company.
