Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Teach English (Phonics, Grammar, Communication, and Reading Skills) to children aged 4 -12 years.
Conduct engaging and interactive online classes (small groups).
Follow structured lesson plans and training guidelines provided by Tolanguage.
Create a supportive, child-friendly learning environment.
Ensure punctuality and consistency in class timings.
Collaborate with the academic team for feedback and improvements.

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English and Fluency in Tamil is must
Prior teaching/tutoring experience (online/offline) preferred.
Passion for teaching and patience in handling children.
Comfortable using Zoom/Google Meet and online tools.
Exclusive role cannot work part-time or with any other company.

Work Hours: 4 hours per day, 6 days a week (fixed schedule).”
“Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 per month (fixed, based on experience)
