Key Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across different grade levels. - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking. - Offer academic support and mentorship to students, including one-on-one guidance and tutoring as required. - Engage in residential life activities, including evening and weekend duties, to support students" holistic development. - Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, assessments, and innovative teaching strategies. - Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records. - Contribute actively to extracurricular programs such as sports, arts, clubs, or community service initiatives. - Uphold the school's values and policies, serving as a role model for students both inside and outside the classroom. Qualification & Skill Sets: - Preferred Bachelors/Masters degree in the relevant field. - B.Ed is mandatory for CBSE board; IBDP Certifications are required for IBDP board. - Previous teaching experience, particularly in a residential or boarding school setting. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
