Project Management Software: Utilize and be proficient in project management tools such as Monday, Asana, Jira, Bitrix24, etc. Remote Collaboration: Work efficiently in a remote-first environment using asynchronous communication while coordinating across various time zones. Certifications and Compliances: As our products (hardware and software platform) are sold to customers globally, the Customer Project Manager is also expected to understand the regional requirements of product certifications and compliances and liaise with the correct agencies to obtain these on behalf of the company. Requirements: Proven experience managing customer-facing projects involving hardware and software delivery. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple communication platforms and channels effectively. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (IELTS, TOEFL, or other scores can be submitted). Experience working in remote-first companies, with a preference for experience in asynchronous communication environments. Solid understanding of IT-based project management methodologies, especially in hybrid product and service delivery.
