Role Overview As a key player in our Analytics team, you will design and deliver analytics solutions to both new and existing customers You will propose efficient and sophisticated solutions for data analysis and visualization, and support the fast-tracking of our new analytical offerings, Responsibilities Interact with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements from a data perspective, Provide functional solutions and designs for data requirements, Perform source-to-target mapping across systems (DL to DWH, DWH to DN and DN to Reporting) Conduct data warehouse data modelling Design and build interactive analytics dashboards to provide actionable insights to customers, Understand existing data solutions to offer quick turnaround business solutions for new requests Address ad-hoc data requirements from various business stakeholders, Qualifications And Skills Strong domain knowledge in P&C Insurance, Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end delivery, Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts with experience in at least one Data Warehouse implementation project, Proficiency in driving requirement gathering sessions and translating them into BI solutions (KPIs, Reports, Dashboards), Proficiency in SQL and basic Python scripting, Experience in designing data models and data marts, with exposure to tools like Erwin or Toad Data Modeler, Experience in source system study, source-to-target mapping (ETL specs), and report specification, Experience in supporting Data Engineering, Report Development, UAT, and Production Support teams, Exposure to data analysis and visualization tools like Powerbait or similar, Masters degree in Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field, or a bachelors degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst,
