Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in BPO industry or related field (call center environment). Strong understanding of handling NHT calls, OJT methodologies, sales training principles, product training techniques. Proficiency in TNI (Training Needs Identification) analysis; ability to analyze business needs and develop targeted interventions. Excellent soft skills training expertise; ability to design engaging training programs.
