We are seeking a skilled Electrical & Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience in machinery and EOT crane maintenance, electrical line management, and shift handling. The role requires expertise in handling electrical issues, DG/EB connections, and ensuring smooth operations across equipment and infrastructure. Rotational shift (2 shifts) Monday to Saturday Key Responsibilities: EOT Crane Maintenance: Regular inspection, troubleshooting, and ensuring safe working conditions. Machinery Maintenance: Preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery. Electrical Systems: Checking and resolving electrical issues, conducting electrical line inspections, and ensuring system reliability. DG & EB Management: Handling DG (Diesel Generator) and EB (Electric Board) line changes and connections. Shift Handling: Manage operations, coordinate teams, and ensure smooth workflow across shifts. TNEB Readings: Monitor and record Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB) readings for accurate power usage. Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee light and working condition checks to maintain safe workplace standards. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety protocols and statutory requirements. Requirements: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Civil engineering background with electrical exposure preferred). 2 - 4 years of experience in electrical maintenance, EOT cranes, and machinery servicing. Strong knowledge of DG/EB systems, TNEB readings, and shift operations . Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical issues and line management. Ability to manage a team and work in rotational shifts. Preferred Skills: Expertise in EOT Crane operations & maintenance . Knowledge of industrial machinery maintenance . Strong problem-solving ability in electrical fault rectification . Good communication and leadership skills for shift handling .
