Ensuring 100% coverage of the targeted staff for all the trainings. Travelling Visting Branches for training delivery as per the business requirement. Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employees' skills and knowledge. RO Activation Ensuring that minimum 1 disbursement is done by the trained ROs withing 90 days of joining. Data Management Keeping track records of all the trainings done, employees covered and share the same with the management as & when required.
