We are looking for a Senior Legal Associate to be a part of our legal team, with a focus on US immigration law. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3+ years of practical experience in handling end-to-end US immigration petitions, which includes H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, PERM applications, and Green Card processes (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3). This role presents a great opportunity for a seasoned professional to progress in the field of employment-based immigration law. Your responsibilities will include managing various aspects of US Immigration cases, such as preparing and filing petitions, labor certifications, and other employment-based applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing USCIS Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), as well as conducting legal research on US immigration policies and compliance matters. You will also be involved in contract review, ensuring that contracts adhere to immigration regulations and company policies. As a Senior Legal Associate, you will communicate with clients, employees, and internal stakeholders regarding immigration processes and provide guidance to junior legal associates on immigration procedures. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelors degree in Law, have a strong understanding of USCIS, DOL, and DHS regulations, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management systems would be considered a plus.,
