Qualifications & Experience: Education: Graduation in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Metallurgy preferred) or HR or Any Degree MBA in HR / L&D or Diploma in Training & Development (ISTD certified – preferred) Experience: 15-30 years in Learning & Development / Training roles, preferably in manufacturing/steel/metals/mining industries.
