As a Sales Executive in our company, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the assigned district/s. Your primary duties will include handling channel sales, generating leads, and converting them into actual sales. You will also be required to conduct marketing activities to increase brand visibility and sales. Building and maintaining relationships with dealers, customers, and influencers will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will need to address customer grievances and handle complaints effectively. Moreover, you will be expected to submit regular reports, enter data in the CRM system, and meet reporting requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position as you will be working in a team environment. The ability to work independently and achieve sales targets is also a key requirement for this role. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, food provided, health insurance, internet reimbursement, life insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift. Applicants must have a Master's degree and at least 2 years of total work experience, with a minimum of 1 year in field sales. Prior work experience in the TMT, steel, paint, or cement industry is preferred. The location for this position is Bargarh, Orissa, and work will be conducted in person.
