Job Description Ready to work in Night Shifts / (24X7) Shifts Maintain multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (Training, Development, Quality and production) Familiar with SAP Products ( SAP ECC, BW, Portal and solman, BOBJ, PI-PO, Fiori,S4 HANA) and Administration with strong troubleshooting skills Familiar with Database administration and system refresh activities on Database: Oracle, DB2, MS SQL, Sybase, Max-db and HANA Configure and manage the SAP printers with strong troubleshooting skill Experience in SAP HANA performance tuning and AMS Support TMS Configurations and perform the transports SSL configuration, resolving certification issues Java administration using Config Tool, Visual Admin & NWA . Restarts/Reboots of the SAP applications, Database and Operating systems Hands on experience on SAP Applications installations and configurations Use a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance. Perform critical routine health check of SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc) / Performance Tuning. Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client) as required. Hands on experience End to End analysis like SAP Application issues, Database Issues (Oracle, MS SQL and DB2, HANA, Max-db and Sybase) and Operating systems issues (Windows servers, HP Ux, Linux and IBM AIX) Early watch reports analysis for all SAP Components Prepare the root cause analysis report of the L3 issues Hands on experience to perform the Kernel upgrades Hands on experience on New dimension productions Performance tuning for SAP Applications and Database HANA DB Troubleshooting SYBASE Database issues troubleshooting To manage on-call for support for Very high tickets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Should work independently and help other team members as needed Ability to manage multiple tasks Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge Get empowered by NTT DATA Business Solutions!
