As a Product Manager at Nextuple, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between clients and implementation teams, ensuring the delivery of solutions that cater to client requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with clients to gather requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable product features and user stories. - Prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring clear and prioritized tasks aligned with client goals. - Writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations. - Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product status, timelines, and addressing concerns. - Leading Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. - Gathering feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to drive iterative improvements in product features. - Conducting market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, informing product development. - Collaborating with QA teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards. - Assisting in developing training materials and supporting clients during product rollout and adoption phases. - Contributing to organizational functions such as hiring, training, mentoring, and team building. In terms of qualifications and skills, the essential requirements for this role include: - 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a client services environment within the retail domain. - Proven experience in client engagement and delivering complex projects. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and technical teams. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Familiarity with product management tools and frameworks. - Verbal and written communication skills. Desired skills that would be beneficial for this role include: - Strong implementation experience in Retail, E-commerce, and Supply Chain, especially with OMS, WMS, and TMS applications. - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in working effectively with cross-functional teams. - Certifications in Product Management.,
