Leverage virtualization technologies such as KVM and VMware, with exposure to cloud-native architectures preferred. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Familiarity with tools and simulators such as TM500, Amarisoft, Mobilium DsTest, or open-source mobile simulators. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python. Certifications in Kubernetes and experience with Grafana and Prometheus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Tech (ECE/Wireless/Mobile/CS) or equivalent, your responsibilities will include: - Interacting with Tejas Support team to provide assistance on reported issues. - Debugging, analyzing, and reproducing field issues in Tejas lab with customer database, and coordinating with product verification (PV)/SW team. - Tracking field bugs/enhancements with PLM (Product Line Managers). - Mentoring team members and providing regular training to field teams. - Ensuring response and resolution timelines are met for field issues as per committed SLA to customers. - Participating in field scenario test cases with PV team. - Implementing automation based on requirements.
