8+ years experience working on CDS view, AMDP, OData Services, OO ABAP[BOPF] and ABAP on HANA (7.5 syntax). Excellent written and oral communication skills. Self-starter with quick learning ability and efficient Implementation skills with respect to country nuances. Consultative and service bent of mind while dealing with key stakeholders. Multi-task and should be able to work under stringent deadlines. Ability to understand and work on various internal systems. ABAP skills as required to analyze and if necessary make small code changes to address incidents or problem record fixes. Implement small enhancements (e.g. through coding or BRF+ condition changes) as prioritized by Product Owners. Have the skills and capacity to move such fixes through the system landscape and into Production following validation by assigned testers (e.g. Active Control certification and knowledge of Change Management Tools and Processes). Approximately one such change per month is anticipated. Provide limited, dedicated Basis support to supplement what is available through the standard contract. Support the archiving team in identifying and implementing archiving of data as aligned with business experts and application manager(s) To provide support during most of the European and North American standard working hours (8am Central European time through 4pm Eastern Time). Update/create documentation (Business Process Designs, Functional Designs, Workflows) Should be able to work collaboratively with functional team and customer. Technical documentation creation, building code, testing, bug fixing, work with customer Support System validation by performing functional and performance validations following system changes such as patches released by SAP, OSS notes which are required to address security, functional or performance issues, system refreshes or other non-project specific coding changes. Validation using a standard set of test scenarios in Panaya to be completed within 5 working days of system release. Validation of the integration of the Global SAP TM system with other systems, including activation / deactivation of the integration on the system side Consulting for ongoing improvements or project-related changes, to ensure that there is no unnecessary negative impact on performance or ongoing support because of such changes. This includes attending CAB (Change Advisory Board) calls as scheduled by projects, as well as twice-weekly 30-minute product team calls. L3 support for production incidents and problem record resolutions for issues which cannot be resolved by the Service Operations team and according to priorities as set by the Application Manager(s).
