As the Lead Software Engineer SAP TM, you will serve as a key functional expert and delivery leader for SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions. This role involves end-to-end configuration, solution design, and deployment of TM modules while leading a team of engineers to deliver business outcomes. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive the digital evolution of our freight and logistics processes. As a member of Colgate-Palmolive's Information Technology team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth for the company in the constantly evolving technology landscape.
