About the job: About Us: We are a dynamic IT solutions company supporting clients across the UAE region. Join our Kochi office as a Cybersecurity Engineer/ Sales Consultant and help drive sales by promoting and explaining cybersecurity products and services to our clients, with great growth and learning opportunities. Key responsibilities: 1. Engage with potential clients to understand their cybersecurity needs. 2. Present and explain cybersecurity products and solutions (firewalls, endpoint protection, email security, backup & recovery). 3. Assist the sales team in demonstrating product value and benefits. 4. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. 5. Maintain client relationships and provide timely follow-up. 6. Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and solutions (firewalls like Fortinet, Sophos, endpoint protection, email security, backup & recovery). 2. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and customer-friendly manner. 4. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn sales techniques and the cybersecurity domain. 5. Basic knowledge of IT and cybersecurity concepts.
