Map modifications: Adjust existing maps to accommodate changes in partner specs or internal data requirements. Map failures: Diagnose and resolve mapping errors, transformation issues, or data mismatches. Job scheduling: Set up and manage scheduled jobs for EDI processing (e.g., transmission, translation, archival). Resend data: Resend data for failed messages. SAP IDoc flow knowledge: Understand end-to-end IDoc lifecycle (creation, transmission, processing). Reprocess IDocs: Use SAP transaction codes, or manually edit and reprocess failed IDocs. IDoc creation: Trigger IDocs using standard output types; familiarity with SAP standard transactions Output types: Configure and troubleshoot output types for triggering EDI. EDI table entries: Work with SAP EDI tables (new entries and troubleshooting). EDI-specific customer master data fields: Maintain WE20 partner profiles, and maintain EDI customer master data fields. SAP job management: Understand and maintain SAP background jobs.

Required Skills & Experience 6–15 years of overall IT experience, with a strong focus on SAP EDI/API technologies . Expertise in EDI Formats : ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML. Skilled in mapping tools : Trading partner onboarding and EDI profile setup. Design, modification, and troubleshooting of EDI maps. Job scheduling, data retransmission, and archival. Deep SAP expertise : IDoc lifecycle management (creation, processing, reprocessing). Output type configuration and troubleshooting. Partner profile setup (WE20), EDI customer master data maintenance. SAP job management and background processing. Strong technical knowledge of communication protocols : AS2 – adapter setup, encryption/signing certificates, MDN monitoring. SFTP – secure file transfers, automation, and error handling. HTTPS/REST APIs – API development/configuration, logging, retries. Nice to Have CLEO VL Trader experience. SSCC Labeling for Warehouse (GS1 standards, ZPL/PDF formats, EDI integration). Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
