Job Summary

The TL-Loan Servicing role requires a professional with 5 to 8 years of experience to manage and oversee loan servicing operations. The candidate will utilize their expertise in MS Excel and English communication to streamline processes and ensure efficient service delivery. Working in a hybrid model the role focuses on enhancing asset management operations without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily loan servicing operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports for informed decision-making.
Communicate effectively in English to coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
Implement best practices in asset management operations to enhance service quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align loan servicing with organizational goals.
Monitor and evaluate loan servicing performance to identify areas for improvement.
Develop strategies to optimize asset and wealth management processes.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all operations.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
