The company has no professionalism. Our lift was not working for three months but since they didn't had the part they didn't solve the problem and neither it was their concern. If you want to have a smooth functioning do not install their elevators.

Never buy a Thyssen elevator, even indian manufacturers are better. They dont listen once they get the order and service is horrible. I had ordered for up gradation of my lift in April 2016 and the work is still not complete. Now they do not even respond the my phone calls.

Nice experience this product and team. Both customers and engineers are taken excellent care of by the management.maintenance and behavior here are good.

Kindly do not install their products. There is a reason why no one prefers to install their elevators. BE AWARE!!

Very poor after service substandard material and equally bad senior management. Delayed installation and my lift car is rusting after mere 6 months and no one responding
