About the job role We are seeking a skilled and performance-driven Paid Ads Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Social Media (Meta, Instagram & Youtube) ad campaigns that drive results. This role requires strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and a solid understanding of Meta & Youtube Ads Manager tools. Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage high-performing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram). Develop campaign strategies for various objectives – conversions, lead generation, traffic, reach, and engagement. Analyze ad performance data and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lower CPA. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and placements. Collaborate with the design/content team for ad creatives and copy. Manage Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO) and Ad Set Budget Optimization (ABO). Monitor pixel tracking, event setups, and custom audience creation. Stay updated on Meta Ads platform changes, policies, and best practices. Generate weekly/monthly reports and provide insights for campaign improvements. Required Skills: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta & Youtube Ads campaigns. Proven track record of successful lead generation, e-commerce, or performance campaigns. Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, pixel setup, and analytics. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet performance targets. Experience with retargeting, custom/lookalike audiences, and funnel strategy. Strong experience in Landing page creation and analytical-reporting skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
