If this sounds like you, then we would like to talk to you about the role of Administrative Assistant. The responsibilities will include: Preparing, daily, weekly, monthly reports Reconciling accounts payable and receivable Performing bookkeeping tasks such as preparing invoices, packing lists, and monitoring accounts payable and receivable Maintaining the expense account Coordinating with accounts and filing all relevant invoices and documents Liaising with logistics partners for smooth shipments from vendor to port. Managing tasks like screening candidates, scheduling meetings, releasing employment offer and conducting onboarding/exit formalities Maintaining internal databases Keeping employee records (physical and digital) Reinforcing financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups as per requirement Updating office policies and ensure compliance with them Managing smooth functioning of the office place Managing housekeeping staff Preferred candidate profile Graduate with 2 years experience preferably in related field Excel proficiency Aptitude to take ownership of the responsibilities and deliver results Ability to think independently and creatively to solve issues Analytical thinking and attention to detail Comfortable with tools and online software Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
