As an Account Executive/Senior Accountant for Canadian Clients at FinAcc Global Solution, your role involves managing full-cycle accounting for Canadian clients. This includes tasks such as bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial reporting. You will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing Canadian corporate and individual tax returns (T1, T2), handling year-end adjustments, working papers, and tax slips like T4, T5, T5018, and T3. Additionally, you will reconcile GST/HST and PST accounts and collaborate with Canadian CPA firms for reviews and tax planning support. It's essential to communicate with clients effectively, clarify queries, share updates, and ensure deadlines are met. Your Preferred Technical Skills should include proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Profile, CCH, CaseWare, or TaxCycle. A strong working knowledge of Canada tax compliance and CRA filing procedures, along with an understanding of Canadian GAAP and ASPE, will be beneficial. Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, along with excellent written and verbal English communication, are also required. Key Competencies for this role include strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. You should have a high attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
