Title User Experience Design Director

As the Director of User Experience Design at Evernorth, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Hyderabad incubator for the Evernorth Digital team. Your primary focus will be on driving targeted operational efficiencies through the strategic deployment of artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for liaising with incubator teams in the US, conceptualizing and crafting innovative design solutions, and ensuring the delivery of world-class digital products that enhance the user experience within the health-focused digital ecosystem. In this role, you will lead a team of talented individuals who are passionate about revolutionizing healthcare through cutting-edge technology and design. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to define key performance indicators, prioritize product output, and drive the strategic vision to achieve business goals. Your attention to detail, commitment to quality, and customer-centric approach will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background at the intersection of AI, digital product design, marketing, brand, user experience, and content strategy. You should possess a proven track record of leading high-profile initiatives, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Your ability to inspire and mentor team members, while also working closely with software engineering teams, will be essential for success in this role. To excel in this position, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, along with at least 10 years of experience in AI, UX brand, and digital marketing, including 3+ years of leadership experience at the Senior Manager level. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote is required, along with strong communication skills and a strategic mindset. Additionally, you should demonstrate critical competencies such as strategic thinking, result orientation, and effective collaboration.
