Title Test Automation Architect

As an experienced professional with a minimum of 12 years in the IT industry, you will be responsible for various aspects of automation testing. Your role will involve designing automation frameworks, utilizing data validation frameworks, and working with tools like Selenium, with proficiency in Java/Python and TestComplete. Additionally, you should have a strong background in test automation, including at least 6 years of experience in this field and a minimum of 3 years in a test architect role. You will be expected to have hands-on experience in managing cloud migration, modernization, and transformation projects for at least one year. Your expertise should cover the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with knowledge of methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Moreover, you should be familiar with the Testing Life Cycle and Bug Life Cycle. In this role, you will be involved in various activities, including conducting test case reviews, providing project status reports, coordinating release planning, and leading the testing team through all project phases. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring new team members and leading teams of 30+ associates. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with effective organizational and communication abilities. You should be capable of developing and delivering technical presentations tailored to the audience. Your role will require you to define strategies for both functional and non-functional testing, encompassing functional automation, integration testing, and performance testing. You should have substantial experience in designing large enterprise-level system integration testing strategies.
