We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Python Backend Engineer with a strong background in AWS to join our dynamic team. You should have at least 5 years of experience in backend development using Python and a deep understanding of AWS services and infrastructure. Your passion for developing high-quality, scalable backend solutions will be an asset to our team. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems using Python and related technologies. You will be responsible for implementing and managing AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and others to support scalable and reliable applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features will be a key part of your role. To succeed in this role, you must have proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs, experience with relational and NoSQL databases, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are essential for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. In addition, you will be expected to optimize application performance, ensure the security and scalability of the infrastructure, develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and third-party integrations, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and resolve production issues, and automate deployment processes using CI/CD tools and practices. Documenting system designs, processes, and workflows for future reference and knowledge sharing will also be part of your responsibilities.
