Title System Test Engineer

You will be responsible for the Verification & Validation of System-level Testing in Automotive products, specifically focusing on Active Safety systems such as CAMERA, RADAR, SENSOR, and LIDAR. Your role will involve tasks related to Automotive Electronics Product Testing, including but not limited to ADAS and Camera module experience, SVS, FCM, RVC, and setting up/modifying the Automated and manual test environment. As a Verification & Validation professional, you will be required to understand Product Specifications, perform requirement analysis, design test cases, generate test cases, and execute tests on the hardware in the loop bench setup. Additionally, you will be responsible for test reporting, defect tracking, and other supportive functions related to the testing process. To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge of MKS Integrity or any requirements management tool, Functional Safety Standards, and Testing. Experience with Automated Test environments, Manual Test benches, test environment setup, and debugging is essential. Proficiency in communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Flexray, J1939, KWP, UDS, ISO 14229, GMLAN, as well as instrumentation protocols like CCP, XCP, and communication tools like CANoe, CANalyser, CANApe, Control Desk, Carmaker, is required. Moreover, familiarity with Automotive simulation and measurement equipment (Oscilloscope, Function generators), programming skills in CAPL, Python, PERL, Tcl/Tk, and Test Management tools like CANoe TFS, vTEST Studio, TestStand/Veristand will be beneficial. Experience in working with Global OEMs/India OEMs and knowledge of Automated Test Equipment frameworks like HIL simulators (dSPACE/Vector VT system/PXI/Opal RT Test-drive/PI AutoSim, etc) are preferred. Furthermore, having expertise in achieving A-SPICE process compliance and being able to take responsibility for developing and delivering feature packages, including requirement development, software development, and testing both at software and hardware levels, is an advantage. A good working knowledge of ADAS components will also contribute to your success in this role.
