As the Strategic Account Manager for Household Care in the MEAI region, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission forward. Your responsibilities will include leading and developing strategic key accounts by collaborating with the global account team to establish a commercial strategy that aligns with the customer's business objectives in the region. By building multi-layered sales relationships and understanding decision-making dynamics within the Middle East, India, and Africa markets, you will drive the strategic direction of the account and contribute to innovation partnerships where applicable. Moreover, you will manage internal stakeholders, ensuring that customer needs are met proactively across various functions globally and locally. By identifying sales opportunities, new prospects, and competitive threats, you will play a vital role in steering the account towards growth and success. Your ability to provide valuable insights to the Global Account Team on industry trends, competition, and performance will be crucial to our continued success. To excel in this role, you should hold an M.B.A from a reputable institute and possess 5-6 years of relevant experience in managing regional or global key accounts. Experience in FMCG will be advantageous, along with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to drive decision-making in complex stakeholder environments. Your strategic thinking and ability to implement innovative solutions will be key to thriving in this dynamic role.
