As an R&D Executive at Skyrrup, located in Sector 58, Noida, you will be part of a team dedicated to producing high-quality skyr, a traditional Icelandic dairy product made from skimmed milk. Our skyr is crafted using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients sourced from grass-fed cows in India's countryside, resulting in a creamy, protein-rich snack that is both delicious and nourishing. In addition to our classic plain skyr, we offer a variety of flavored options such as Alphonso Mango, Mixed Berries, Honey & Dates, all conveniently packaged in single-serve cups for on-the-go snacking or meal accompaniment. As we expand into high-protein beverages, we are seeking an R&D Executive to lead innovation and ensure product quality. This role involves developing high-protein beverages and advanced dairy formats, collaborating with the production team for trials and upscaling, conducting consumer research and sensory studies, and analyzing products for nutritional, microbiological, and sensory quality. To be eligible for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology or Food Technology and a minimum of 1.5 years of hands-on experience in R&D or product development.
