As an Associate Client Services Manager at NEC Software Solutions (India) Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing contracted services for specific customer accounts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring service delivery meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Developing and nurturing customer relationships - Producing monthly reports for performance analysis - Assisting in the enhancement of services through Service Improvement Plans - Setting up new services and handling escalations to maintain customer satisfaction The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, possess 8-10 years of experience in IT Client Service Management, and have the following qualifications and skills: - Excellent English communication skills - Experience with bespoke software applications - ITIL V3 Foundation certification - Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Office - Exposure to SIAM (Service Integration and Management) - Background in developing Service Improvement Plans - Knowledge of Mission Critical applications and public sector operations, especially UK Police Forces, would be advantageous To excel in this role, you must be self-motivated, adept at problem-solving, able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, open to challenging existing practices, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently. You may need security clearance and be available for out-of-hours support, with additional compensation provided accordingly.
