Title Senior Corporate and International Tax

Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely compliance with corporate tax regulations, handling corporate tax mandates for clients, conducting technical research on recent case laws and circulars, preparing memos and presentations for advisory assignments, and assisting in various tax-related activities such as submissions, assessments, appeals, and tax audit finalization. You will also be expected to develop a strong technical knowledge base, maintain accurate client trackers and billing information, and adhere to the firm's internal risk management policies. To excel in this role, you should be a qualified CA with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience in direct tax or corporate tax. Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, client relationship management expertise, commercial awareness, and a collaborative approach are essential. Experience in regulatory environments and exposure to corporate tax, corporate law, FEMA, and SEBI would be advantageous. Additionally, you will be involved in coaching junior team members, participating in business development activities, delivering internal presentations, attending external trainings, and contributing to the firm's CSR initiatives.
