Title Presentation Specialist

The role of Trainer in Bangalore requires at least 1.5-2 years of work experience. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for reviewing Business training presentations, obtaining necessary APC and Legal Approval, and maintaining training content. You will also provide training support during key events. Your responsibilities will include supporting regional teams in conducting Business Trainings at national/regional levels. You will collaborate with regional teams and leaders to conduct Training need analysis and provide relevant content. Additionally, you will work across departments to ensure smooth execution of national/regional events where trainings are conducted and roll out training-related SOPs. You will be in charge of maintaining training-related MIS, content, and videos. Collaborating with other departments to create training aids such as ppts and infographics in a timely manner is also part of your role. You will play a key role in launching projects that involve using technology for online learning management system to onboard more people. Preferred candidates for this position are those with a Sales Background or Sales Training Background who have a good understanding of the sales process. Experience in Direct selling industry, Insurance industry, or BFSI sector is a plus. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with proficiency in MS-Office.,
