You will be responsible for activities related to Quality control, Finished Goods and Raw Material approvals, Leading Packaging Projects trials and validation, quality engineering, and Integrated Pest Management program governance. Additionally, you will drive continual improvements and review/ implement initiatives in Product Packaging, Quality testings, approvals, and executing policies and guidelines issued from Support Center. Your role will involve working with the team on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) against Non-conformance and their effectiveness. You will participate in the Monthly Quality system Meet with Plant senior leadership team, lead Packaging initiatives, trials, Specification, and troubleshooting. Ensuring compliance with Packaging Specifications, testings, reporting, and documentations will also be part of your responsibilities. You will execute the Shop floor Quality Governance Program, ensure daily compliance with AIB and FSSC on the Shop floor with the Manufacturing team, and close all gaps identified on site assessment IPM report. Ensuring 100% compliance with FSM/OPRP/CCP and sending updates on a monthly basis, raising Vendor NCRs, and resolving supplier issues effectively will also be within your duties. As the Food Safety Leader for the site, you will manage the Site Food Safety Team, ensure the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and updating of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS). You will work as the Management Representative for Quality Systems, establish in-plant quality policies, protocols, and programs, and drive execution throughout the plant in line with PGCS requirements.
