As a Clinical Researcher at Marbles Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of clinical research and tech-driven therapeutics. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in behavioral science, psychology, and neuroscience, who is passionate about translating scientific knowledge into tangible outcomes. Your responsibilities will include designing and leading Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) and pilot programs, focusing on neuromodulation and cognitive therapies. You will be at the forefront of developing and implementing cutting-edge interventions that have a real-world impact on conditions like postpartum depression, substance use disorders, neuro-oncology, and adolescent mental health. In addition to conducting clinical research, you will lead translational studies that bridge the gap between research and application, contributing to the development of digital cognitive modules that are user-friendly and effective. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams of clinicians, engineers, and designers will be essential to refine interventions based on real-world feedback. Representing Marbles Health in research and clinical communities, academic conferences, and collaborations with public/private institutions will be part of your role. You will also be involved in writing research grants, papers, and stakeholder briefs that reflect the scientific rigor and innovative vision of our work. Candidates for this position should hold a Masters, M.Phil., or PhD in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, Cognitive Neuroscience, or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in clinical trials, mental health research, or high-growth startup environments. A deep understanding of behavioral science, cognitive intervention design, and hands-on experience in experimental design are essential for this role. Strong academic writing and data synthesis skills are required, with prior publications considered a strong advantage. The ability to thrive in fast-paced, impact-oriented environments and technological fluency are also key attributes we are looking for. This is not your typical research position.
