Job Description

Role Overview: You should have at least 5 years of experience in managing customer telephony infrastructure. Your role will involve being proficient in MS Teams administration, as well as Nice InContact administration. Additionally, you should possess good troubleshooting knowledge in telephony infrastructure and have working knowledge in SBC, AWS Connect, and SalesForce. Being ITIL certified or having a strong working knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, and change management disciplines will be beneficial. Experience in SolarWinds administration will also be required for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer telephony infrastructure - Administer MS Teams and Nice InContact - Troubleshoot telephony infrastructure issues - Work with SBC, AWS Connect, and SalesForce - Administer SolarWinds Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in telephony infrastructure management - Proficiency in MS Teams and Nice InContact administration - Strong troubleshooting skills in telephony infrastructure - Knowledge of SBC, AWS Connect, and SalesForce - ITIL certification or strong working knowledge of ITIL disciplines - Experience in SolarWinds administration Please note that interested candidates should share their CV to aarti.tadkase@tcs.com for consideration.
