As an R&D Executive (F&B Sector) at Meharaj Foods in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in the development of new food products, formulations, and recipes. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough research on ingredients, trends, and market demands to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Collaborating with various teams, you will be responsible for performing sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies, as well as coordinating scale-up trials with production and QC teams. It will be essential for you to document formulations, test results, and process improvements accurately to drive innovation and enhance our existing product lines. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry.
