As a Medical Officer for our client clinics located in Peenya, Kamanahalli, and Koramangala, your role will involve providing medical care and services to patients. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting medical consultations and examinations for patients. - Diagnosing illnesses and prescribing appropriate treatment. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records. - Providing patient education on health and wellness. - Collaborating with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria: - Hold an MBBS degree from an Indian institute (foreign institutes or FMGE pass-outs will not be considered). - Have a minimum of 1 year of post-MBBS experience. - Demonstrate fluency in Kannada. - Reside within 5-6 km of the clinic or be willing to relocate. - Not be preparing for NEET this year (candidates pursuing USMLE/PLAB can be considered). - Female candidates are preferred for Koramangala and Kamanahalli locations. - Be available to work split shifts from Monday to Saturday. - Morning shift: 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM - Evening shift: 4:00 PM - 8:30 PM In terms of compensation, the total annual package for this position is 9.6 LPA, with a fixed component of 7.2 L and a performance bonus of 2.4 L paid quarterly.
