Description
You will be responsible for developing applications creatively by selecting appropriate technical options, optimizing application development and maintenance, as well as ensuring performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. In this role, you will interpret application feature and component designs to develop them in accordance with specifications. You will code, debug, test, document, and communicate product component and feature development stages. Your responsibilities will also include validating results with user representatives and integrating and commissioning the overall solution. Additionally, you will select and create appropriate technical options for development, optimize efficiency, cost, and quality, and influence and improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement within the project teams. You will be expected to adhere to engineering processes and standards, project schedules, and timelines. You will be responsible for uncovering technical issues during project execution, identifying defects in the code, post-delivery defects, non-compliance issues, and ensuring on-time completion of mandatory compliance trainings. Your outputs will include coding as per the design, defining coding standards, creating/reviewing templates, checklists, guidelines, standards for design/process/development, deliverable documents, and design documentation, requirements, test cases, and results. You will also define and govern the configuration management plan, review/create unit test cases, scenarios, and execution, review the test plan created by the testing team, provide clarifications to the testing team, and advise software developers on design and development of features and components. Additionally, you will support the Project Manager with inputs for the projects, manage delivery of modules, manage complex user stories, perform defect RCA and mitigation, identify defect trends, take proactive measures to improve quality, create and provide input for effort and size estimation, plan resources for projects, consume and contribute to project-related documents, review reusable documents created by the team, execute and monitor the release process, contribute to the creation of design/architecture for applications, features, business components, and data models, clarify requirements, provide guidance to the Development Team, present design options to customers, conduct product demos, work closely with customer architects for finalizing design, set FAST goals, provide feedback, ensure team members are upskilled, ensure team engagement, proactively identify attrition risks, obtain relevant domain and technology certifications, and more. The candidate should have proficiency in React, MongoDB, Redux, GraphQL technologies and possess excellent communication skills.
