Title Journalist

As a talented and enthusiastic Journalist at PENNEP, you will have the exciting opportunity to join our dynamic news startup team. Your role will involve covering a wide range of stories, conducting investigative research, and contributing to the creation of compelling news content that keeps our audience informed, engaged, and enlightened. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough research and interviews to gather information for news stories, writing clear, accurate, and engaging articles across various topics, staying informed about current events and trends, and collaborating with editors and team members to refine and enhance content. You will also need to adapt to different storytelling formats, including online, print, and multimedia. To succeed in this role, you should have strong journalistic writing skills with a portfolio of published work, the ability to craft compelling narratives, familiarity with digital media platforms and social media trends, and be comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team environment. Knowledge of media law and ethical considerations in journalism is also essential. It would be advantageous to have previous experience with multimedia storytelling, familiarity with content management systems and digital publishing tools, an understanding of SEO best practices for online content, and experience with data journalism and visualization tools. Ideally, you are pursuing a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field. This is a full-time position with work arrangements being client on-site work.,
