Job Description

You are a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 12 years of experience, sought to join a dynamic team. Your expertise lies in Large Language Models, open-source LLMs, AI and ML concepts, GenAI basics, and Python. In this hybrid role, you will work on cutting-edge projects that drive innovation and positively impact society. The position does not require travel and follows a day shift schedule. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing advanced solutions using Large Language Models to enhance product offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate open-source LLMs into existing systems, applying AI and ML concepts to design and optimize algorithms, utilizing GenAI basics to create innovative applications, writing efficient Python code, conducting thorough testing and debugging of applications, staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, participating in code reviews, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and contributing to the company's purpose by developing solutions that enhance user experiences and drive societal impact. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting technical processes and solutions. To qualify for this role, you must possess a strong understanding of Large Language Models and their applications, demonstrate proficiency in open-source LLMs integration, exhibit expertise in AI and ML concepts, have foundational knowledge of GenAI basics, show advanced skills in Python programming, display excellent problem-solving abilities, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.,
