Title Delivery Lead

The Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects in alignment with organizational goals and timelines. This role involves monitoring progress, addressing roadblocks, and ensuring timely project completion with high quality. The Delivery Lead must manage detailed delivery plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and foster collaboration and accountability. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. - Monitor progress, address roadblocks, and ensure timely project completion with high quality. - Manage detailed delivery plans, including milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution. - Foster an environment of collaboration and accountability. - Possess a strong understanding of technical delivery, development methodologies, and team structures. - Work closely with engineers to translate business needs into technical requirements. - Proactively identify risks and challenges that may impact delivery timelines or outcomes. - Communicate issues to senior leadership with actionable recommendations for resolution. - Conduct post-delivery reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. - Ensure timely updates of deployment schedules and communicate changes to stakeholders. - Maintain and regularly update release notes for accurate information about new features, enhancements, and fixes. - Actively contribute to development and mentor junior resources. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, with at least 3+ years in technical roles. - Proven experience delivering complex projects in an Agile environment. - Strong understanding of software development principles and lifecycle. - Experience with AWS, Python, and mobile app development frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management. - Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly desirable. Must have requirements: - Experience in the fintech industry or financial services is a strong asset. - Experience with native mobile app development using Flutter for Android/iOS. - Knowledge of state management in Flutter applications. - Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes. - Published apps on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.,
