Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Title Curative Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Title Curative Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and resolving title issues, coordinating with various stakeholders including title companies, clients, and legal teams to ensure clear property titles. Daily tasks include conducting title searches, examining public records, preparing necessary documentation, and assisting in the closing process.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting title searches and examining public records
• Understanding of title insurance and real estate transactions
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including title companies, clients, and legal teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Paralegal certification or relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in a related field preferred
