As a Financial Records Manager for our e-commerce operations, your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain accurate financial records using Tally Prime. You will be in charge of handling daily bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations. It will be your duty to monitor and categorize all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will generate regular reports to provide insights into the financial health of the business. To excel in this role, you must stay updated on accounting principles, e-commerce trends, and relevant regulations. The ideal candidate for this position should have proven expertise in using Tally software for accounting and bookkeeping purposes. Experience in working with e-commerce businesses is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping are essential qualities for this role. A basic understanding of accounting principles and practices is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. This is a full-time permanent position that may involve working day shifts or rotational shifts. The salary for this role ranges from 5,000.00 to 24,000.00 per month, with additional benefits such as paid time off, yearly bonus, cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund. The work location for this role is in person.
