Title C++ with Linux

As a C++ Developer at GlobalLogic, your role will involve working with cutting-edge technologies and contributing to impactful projects. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Highly proficient in C++11 - Highly proficient in Linux system programming including IPC multi-processing, multi-threading, and debugging/core dump analysis - Good debugging skills - Knowledge in video streaming technologies such as MPEG-DASH, HLS, and Progressive Download - Familiarity with different audio/video formats including h264, H265, AV1, mp4, cmaf, ts, etc - Understanding of SoC architecture - Experience in developing firmware for hardware media pipeline Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related program, or equivalent work experience - Knowledge of debugging tools - Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work well in a team environment Desirable qualifications include: - Experience with Digital Rights Management (Widevine, Playready, FairPlay) & Trusted Execution Environment - Familiarity with multimedia frameworks like gstreamer, ffmpeg, etc - Experience in Web playback technologies such as MSE & EME At GlobalLogic, we offer a culture of caring where people come first.
