Title Audit Support & Control

You will be responsible for independently conducting audits at either Head Office (HO) or Nodal Operation Centers (NOC). Your role will involve participating in audits across various businesses, with a focus on Product, Operations, and Control function audits. It is essential to have core subject matter expertise in at least two of these areas. Additionally, you will assist in planning, designing, and implementing risk-based audit plans to uphold the safety and soundness of the Bank. Timely completion of assigned audits and proper documentation of work papers are key aspects of this role. You will also be required to track the status of reported issues and ensure relevant processes are benchmarked against Best Practices and peer banks. In this position, you will contribute to keeping the Audit Procedure Manual and checklists up to date. You will be responsible for devising audit checklists for internal and concurrent auditors, testing products, processes, and procedures to identify potential pitfalls and bottlenecks, and ensuring that these are audited and resolved. Furthermore, you will provide recommendations for improving existing processes and systems to the line management. Oversight of the Concurrent Audit process will be part of your responsibilities, which includes ensuring the timely submission of concurrent audit reports, regular updates of checklists, appropriate review of audit issues, and follow-up and rectification of any identified issues.,
