Your primary responsibilities will include: - Acting as the liaison between business requirements and Zoho functionalities: Conducting thorough analysis of client workflows, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and customizing Zoho solutions to maximize efficiency. - Taking charge of Zoho implementation: Overseeing the entire lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to testing and deployment, to ensure a seamless transition. - Serving as a trusted advisor: Guiding clients through the process with clear communication, expert training, and ongoing support to optimize their Zoho experience. - Demonstrating creativity and innovation: Developing bespoke workflows, reports, and automations to elevate Zoho's capabilities for each client. - Embracing agility: Collaborating efficiently in a fast-paced setting, leveraging Scrum methodologies to deliver projects within stipulated timelines and budgets. To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess the following qualifications: - A minimum of 1 year of experience in: - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage clients and simplify complex concepts. - Proficiency in analyzing, re-engineering, and optimizing business workflows. - Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and overcoming obstacles with effective solutions. - A flexible and adaptive mindset, eager to learn new technologies. - Comprehensive knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, and other core applications. - Proficiency in data migration, integrations, and customization. - A collaborative spirit, able to work effectively within a dynamic team environment. Required Technical Proficiency: - Extensive experience in implementing, customizing, and managing Zoho CRM, Desk, Books, People, Creator, and other Zoho applications. - Proficiency in scripting, including writing custom Deluge functions and utilizing JavaScript seamlessly. - Expertise in designing automations using tools like Miro, Draw.io, LucidChart. - Strong troubleshooting skills, capable of resolving bugs, navigating APIs, and overcoming any Zoho-related challenges.
