The Shift Incharge will be responsible for monitoring and managing the production process, overseeing the work of factory staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining production schedules. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Experience in managing production processes and factory operations Strong understanding of quality control and safety protocols Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues Excellent organizational and leadership skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards Relevant experience in the food production industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field is preferred
